The Blast Your Bench is impressive to say the least. It explains exactly where most lifters go wrong in trying to get gains. It is so "on the money" with its advice that I give it my top rating of 5 stars.

What I found best about the Blast Your Bench program is that he discovered that "one thing" that most people are missing. He used to be a skinny twerp but when he put his discovery to use he acheived the impossible. He went from someone who couldn't get any gains at all to a truly impressive muscle packed body.
